Resurfacing without repair is how people damage their barrier. The Complete Routine is both halves in the order your skin actually needs them — and it costs less than buying the two separately.
The honest guarantee
Most brands give you seven days and want the seal unbroken. We give you 100 days and expect you to actually use it — return it for a full refund as long as at least half the bottle remains. No restocking fee.
We'd rather lose the sale than have you keep something that isn't working.
Pay when it reaches your door. Nationwide.
Full refund if at least half the bottle remains.
Ask before you buy. We'll tell you if it's wrong for you.
No animal-derived ingredients. No animal testing.

Three questions. An honest answer — including "neither of these is right for you" if that's the truth.

Your routine
Pigment responds to two things working together: something that resurfaces, and something that repairs. Using one without the other is how most people stall — or worse, damage their barrier and watch the pigmentation rebound.
Texture and congestion respond fastest to controlled exfoliation. Three nights a week to begin, and always follow with SPF the next morning — non-negotiable with any acid.
Reactive, tight or compromised skin does not need an acid yet. Rebuild the barrier for four to six weeks first. Add the toner later, if at all — and we'd rather tell you that now than sell you both today.

Why most skincare fails here
Most of the actives on Pakistani shelves were formulated for 18°C European air. Here, the same formula sits on skin fighting 45°C heat, monsoon humidity, urban dust and one of the highest UV loads in the region. Emulsions turn greasy. Barriers break down. Pigmentation rebounds.
We formulate backwards from that reality — lighter textures, higher tolerance thresholds, and actives chosen for melanin-rich skin that pigments the moment it's irritated.
What our textures are tested against.
Why nothing we make is heavy or occlusive.
Actives chosen for skin that pigments when it's irritated.
The most common trigger for reactive skin.
Developed with French cosmetic chemists, then reworked for local conditions before anything went into a bottle.
Molecule by molecule
Most brands print an ingredient name and hide the dose. We print the dose. If it's on the label, it's in the bottle at that strength.
Resurfaces texture and lifts dullness at the strength that actually works — without the downtime of a 10%+ peel.
Fades post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — the single most common concern for South Asian skin — and regulates oil.
Rebuilds the lipid layer your barrier is made of, so the actives above don't cost you your skin.
A botanical brightener that works alongside niacinamide on stubborn pigment, without hydroquinone.
Indoor and short-outdoor cover with zero white cast on deeper skin. For a full day in the sun, layer SPF 30+ on top — we won't pretend otherwise.
None. Not "lightly scented," not "masking fragrance." The most common cause of reactive skin, left out entirely.
Full INCI list is printed on every carton. Nothing is buried inside a fragrance blend — because there isn't one.
How it works

7% glycolic acid loosens the bonds holding dead cells on the surface — the layer making your skin look dull, rough and uneven. Niacinamide and bearberry go after the pigment underneath. Three nights a week to begin, nightly once your skin adjusts.
Exfoliation without repair is how people wreck their barrier. Ceramides, hyaluronic acid, centella and panthenol rebuild the lipid layer overnight — and SPF 15 covers the indoor half of your day.
Skip actives entirely one night a week and let the barrier consolidate. It's the least glamorous instruction we give and the one that decides whether any of this works.
The difference
Not a shot at anyone. Just the things we decided to do differently, written plainly.
The lineage
French pharmacology has treated skin as medicine for over a century. From the Vichy thermal springs to the Avène dermatological centres, France set the standard for what "clinical skincare" is even supposed to mean.
Every RealSKN formula is developed alongside French cosmetic chemists trained inside that lineage — then rebuilt for the humidity, dust and sun of Pakistan.
Not inspired by France. Formulated with it.
Clinical Q&A
If the honest answer is "this isn't for you," that's the answer you'll get.
Ask us directlyNot at first. Start with three nights a week. Once your skin stops stinging on application and you're not flaking, move to every other night, then nightly if it stays comfortable. 7% glycolic acid is a real dose — treat it like one.
And wear SPF the next morning. Every time.
Generally yes. The niacinamide in both products helps regulate sebum without clogging, and neither formula is comedogenic. The toner exfoliates gently enough for most acne-prone routines.
If you're on prescription tretinoin, isotretinoin or benzoyl peroxide, message us on WhatsApp before you order — layering acids on top of those is how people end up with a damaged barrier.
For most days out of the house, yes. SPF 15 in the moisturiser covers indoor light and short outdoor exposure. For a commute, a match, a beach day or anything over about twenty minutes in direct sun, layer a dedicated SPF 30+ on top.
We could have called it a sunscreen. It isn't one, so we don't.
Texture and glow: two to three weeks. Pigmentation and dark spots: six to twelve weeks, honestly. Anything promising faster than that on melanin-rich skin is either a bleaching agent or a marketing claim.
It means our formulas are developed alongside French cosmetic chemists trained in the dermatological tradition that brands like Vichy and Avène built — then reworked for Pakistani conditions before manufacture.
It does not mean the bottle was filled in Paris. We're not going to imply that.
