Returns

We want every order to arrive right the first time — but if something goes wrong, we'll make it right. We offer an exchange or refund only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product arrived leaking
  • You received the wrong product — a mix-up from our side

If any of the above applies, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

As our products are skincare items opened for personal use, we're unable to offer exchanges or returns for change-of-mind, or once a product has been opened and used, for hygiene reasons.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
